Playing football yourself remains the best part!
12 June 2026Besides all the great football, there’s plenty more to see and do at the Marveld Tournament.
For example, you can grab fries or another savoury snack from the snack van in the middle of the grounds.
The youngest visitors haven’t been forgotten either. If you don’t feel like watching football for a bit, you can go and play football yourself. That’s still the best part, of course. “Seeing food makes you hungry,” but also “seeing football makes you want to play football.” There’s plenty to do at the Pindakaas Jumbo Bennink Kids’ Square. On the square there are panna cages where you can play football yourself. Both on Saturday and Sunday, children can go on a treasure hunt, fish for ducks, and there’s a real ball pit. There’s also a craft table on both days. On Saturday there are various football activities, including ‘1 vs 1’ football tournaments, ‘2 vs 2’ foot tennis tournaments, and pole football. And on Sunday there’s plenty going on too. Think of football darts, accuracy shooting, speed shooting, and tie shooting. Plus a mini bouncy castle for the very youngest. In short, there’s truly something for everyone!
