7. Photo and video recordings

Photos and video recordings are made on the sports park. The International Marveld Tournament does this or has this done for stories and reports about games and activities during the tournament. The stories and reports are mainly meant for members, volunteers, sponsors and visitors. Photos and video recordings are supportive. The stories and reports are published on the media channels of the International Marveld Tournament and possibly the s.v. Grol in the local weeklies. The media channels of the International Marveld Tournament are mainly the website, social media, the Panna news, the program book and the video screens in the club building.

In addition, by order of the trainers of the participating teams, video recordings can be made of the matches for a match analysis. This footage is only available to the team concerned and possibly to persons responsible for the football policy of the club concerned. The footage is not public. Only fragments of the recordings may be used for PR purposes through the own media channels of the International Marveld Tournament.

Any interested party can object to the recordings. In the first place to the maker. The maker must take the objection into account. If this is not done sufficiently in the opinion of the person concerned, then the person concerned can turn to the Data Protection Officer or one of the members of the board of the International Marveld Tournament.
