At the Marvel Tournament, it’s not just about football talent on the pitch, but also talent beyond it! This year, there is once again room for young stars who want to develop as referees. And today is the day: 17-year-old Floris Oskam makes his debut as a referee on the first day of the tournament!

To be allowed to referee at this tournament, you first have to pass a real selection process. Floris has proven himself by officiating a good match, which is why he is here this weekend in Groenlo. As a debutant, he immediately feels at home. The atmosphere is fantastic, and he looks forward to learning a lot from the experienced referees around him. Today his first match literally flew by with his whistle, and tomorrow there are two more great matches on the schedule. Go for it, Floris!
